SPECSHEET ON MY VMAX

Here's a list of all the changes I made to my bike.

I made this page so you can see what I've changed,

Click on the camera to see a picture of the item,

Engine:

1300 cc with JE high compression pistons and special pistonpins

VGas carbs 39 mm Keihin flatslides on special intakemanifolds, 4" stacks front, 3" rear, first in Europe ,

Megacycle Stage 2 cams

Carrillo rods

Cometic headgaskets

Billet cranckshaft

Vetch racing Lock - up clutch

MRE upgraded gearbox ( first in Europe )

Nology sparkplugleads

1500 spec downpipes with carbon Doma "silencers" from Wil Daris, VMaxclub Holland

Stage 2 NOS kit with fuelpressure switch ,,

Dyna revlimiter

Holeshot Performance electronic shiftkit ,

Dynojet Stage 7 kit

MEK see - through clutchcover

Raats see-through waterpumpcover

DOMA superbike style carbon exhausts, Hennie Raats

Front end:

Black Max 18 " wheel

 

The following 3 items were later replaced with a black anodized USD fork from Hennie Raats  

Black Max forklegs with Hyperpro springs and oil

MEK Big Claw triple trees ( or yokes ) and forkstabiliser ,,

Superbike bars in Radian risers

ZZR 1100 levers and juicepots ( clutchside smaller pot to match the right one ) with carbonlook caps

Harisson Billet 6's calipers on Black Max discs

Speedo replaced with professional all in one Digital Instrumentpanel ( revs, temperature etc.), Not a mountainbike item!

Hyperpro steeringdamper ( made on my VMax, first in the world ) ( had to take it off, didn't fit with the new fork anymore )

Dyna shiftlight


Back end:

Black Max rearwheel, turned down and 18" rim added
with Avon Azzaro 180/55/18 tire

 Braced swingarm ,, later replaced with a double braced item from Hennie Raats, later replaced with Billet OTEC swingarm, anodized black 

Billet 4 brakecalliper

Hyperpro twin rearsuspension ( made on my VMax, first in the world )

Billet aluminum torquearm, by Wil Daris, VMaxclub Holland


Frame

Original '85 but with:

additional strengthening in lower subframe

Exactrep solid motormounts ,

precision machined swingarm pivots by Hennie Raats

Brouwer rearsets ,


Bodywork

Exactrep 6 liter fueltank, bottom is original fauxtank, reservoir of 6 liter welded to it in the original form only much bigger

EvoTech 22 liter fueltank in place of the standard 15 liter item ( removed that in favour of the OTEC-bigger swingarm )

Powerbronze Venom streetfighter fairing ( to be replaced with DeTour Predator item, whenever I get round to it ) ,, ( but in the end replaced with a WOLF fairing , )

Exactrep frontfender, now with USD fork;  R1 fender

Badan bellyspoiler

Bigger scoops by Piet van Ballegoye, VMaxclub Holland, later even bigger double items from Hennie Raats

Over Racing aluminum sidecovers
